UserReplay was looking for a partner to build a mobile SDK for their successful web product.
They had a robust customer experience solution for Web, and needed to expand business into mobile platforms too
What we deliverd
MobOn team developed and delivered a mobile SDK for iOS and Android platforms.
The project was challenging! The solution needed to be reliable, but light – using as little energy as possible to prevent the app from draining users’ battery life.
Ultimately, thanks to the software built by us, UserReplay is able to track customer experience and behaviour on various iOS and Android native apps without draining their battery – a great outcome for UserReplay, and their customers.
